Israeli Rock Project (2004)

Debuted May 5, 2004, in Beit Shmuel, Jerusalem

This is the Revolution Orchestra’s first concert, which closed the events of Student Day, 2004, in Jerusalem, with the participation of around 50 musicians, singers, and arrangers.  The evening’s performances were new symphonic adaptations of the best Israeli rock songs by current artists such as Berry Sakharof, Assaf Amdursky, Eviatar Banai, Corinne Elal, Eran Tsur, Hachaverim Shel Natasha, and others.

The arrangements were written by students of the Academy of Music.  The concert also included two new original works by Omer Meir Wellber and by Zohar Sharon
