Conductor and educator. Roy holds a Ph.D. in the philosophy of education from The Hebrew University and a Master’s degree in Conducting from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. Co-founder and co-artistic director of the Revolution Orchestra, Roy also heads the Rimon School of Music's contemporary composition for film and stage department. Winner of the 2004 Ricardo Muti award for conducting, Oppenheim served as the Haifa Symphony orchestra’s in-house conductor and musical director.

Co-founder and co-artistic director of the “Revolution Orchestra”, as well as the in-house composer for the orchestra since its inception and faculty member at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and Rimon School of Music. Winner of the 2012 Prime Minister’s prize for composition. Composer and arranger for various ensembles and across a broad spectrum of styles.
Lackner holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Sapir College, and is a graduate of the Culture and Arts Management Program at Tel Aviv University. Previously, he served as chief producer of Herzliya Studios and Gil Productions, and manager of Docu and Docu-reality productions at Kastina Communication. Lackner headed several leading TV shows, admired by audiences and critics alike.
Liav has been fostering fruitful partnerships between culture and business for over two decades, assuming diverse roles in sales and acquisitions within the cultural and television spheres. Liav holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, majoring in marketing and business strategy. Additionally, she was a Persitz Program fellow, Tel Aviv Municipality's prestigious cultural institutions management certification program, and has studied conflict management and negotiations. Formerly business development manager for Lev Cinemas, Liav also mentored international strategic consulting teams.
A musician and music producer, Daniel has been the production manager of the Revolution Orchestra since 2021. Until recently, he also served as the Choirs Director, Masterclass, and Competitions Coordinator at Tel Aviv University's Buchmann-Mehta School of Music. As a producer, Daniel has led numerous international productions in Israel and has organized tours of Israeli artists worldwide. These tours include international tours of the Revolution Orchestra, the Israel Philharmonic, and the Buchmann-Mehta Symphony Orchestra among others. Born and raised in Brazil, Daniel is a skilled guitarist and cavaquinho player. He is a graduate of Rimon School of Music and performs throughout Israel with various Brazilian music groups. With his group "Chorolê," he has recorded two albums and performed with many artists in Israel and Brazil.
