Moods - תזמורת המהפכה - The Revolution Orchestra

Moods is a stage-musical-movement journey posing a question about the experience of listening to music. Conceived by conductor Roy Oppenheim and composer Zohar Sharon, the piece asks a simple yet profound question: If we could observe our consciousness while listening to music, what would we see?

A journey that commences with a Chopin prelude and finds itself in Radiohead’s ‘Exit Music’.

Unlike conventional orchestral works, in Moods the musicians themselves are in motion. The orchestra becomes a living body, where instrumentalists walk, sway, or dance across the stage as they perform. This staging blurs the line between sound and movement, turning music into a visible, embodied language.

After a successful national run in 2022, the show also premiered internationally at FITS Sibiu, Romania, in June 2023.

“A multi-sensory creation: a marvelous and spectacular vision — charming and thrilling, moving and fun” (Amos Oren, Habama Website, 28.6.2022)
