Billy, a grey, unassuming secretary at an accounting firm, dreams of a better life. Her days are spent juggling phone calls at work and her mother’s relentless attempts to marry her off. Everything changes when celebrity Yonatan Gur Lavie unexpectedly walks into her life and invites her on a date.

The musical was originally written by Ohad Hitman and first presented at the Bat-Yam Musical Festival in 2013, where it won first prize. Since then, it has been performed hundreds of times across Israel as part of Haifa Theatre’s repertoire, earning both critical acclaim and audience affection.

In 2015, the production won four Israeli Theatre Awards, including Musical of the Year, and Ohad Hitman received the award for musical creation. The show premiered on March 21, 2015, at Haifa Theatre and has since become one of the most successful Israeli musicals of the decade. Its soundtrack was released on Spotify, reaching hundreds of thousands of streams and wide public success.
