Time with the Orchestra: Officially since 2023, when I left the film distribution arena after two decades, but emotionally – I’ve been part of the Revolution ever since I met Roy, in 2007, and shared his and Zohar’s passion to create a new voice in the Israeli music scene.
You probably didn’t know that: I hold a BA in Middle East History and an MBA. I’m a proud alumna of Persitz Cultural Institutions Management Program of Tel Aviv Municipality, Matan Philanthropy Track, and Seeds of Peace, and, a former GMAT and SAT teacher, I love quick knowledge and logic quizzes.
When I’m not with the orchestra, I am: Raising Ben and Dan, my two sons with conductor Roy Oppenheim; volunteering with Portland Trust on shared society initiatives and with Paamonim supporting families in financial education; organizing community projects in my neighborhood, Neve Avivim; or sailing with friends whenever I can.
My favorite Revolution show: Hard to pick just one, but there’s a piece I’ve been dreaming of reviving for years – “The Day Martin Buber Was Buried.” A stage adaptation we created with the Fringe Opera Center, based on Yehuda Amichai’s radio play. A work that touched me deeply – and one I hope will return to the stage.
